Answer questions with Learn

Learn checks what you remember through a specific answer. You choose or type an answer and read the feedback, instead of rating your own recall as you do with Flashcards.

Sign in and have eligible learning terms ready. You can start with “English at work” and the word “deadline — hạn chót”.

Start and answer

  1. Open the Lesson and choose Learn. To start from the Library, use Review Now when terms are due.
  2. Read the question. A regular session prioritizes due terms, then may add eligible new terms. Starting from a Lesson limits the selection to that Lesson.
  3. For multiple choice, click an option to submit immediately. For a typed question, enter your answer and choose Check answer or press Enter.
  4. If you cannot remember, choose Don’t know?. When a hint is available, you can choose Show hint before answering.
  5. Read the feedback, then choose Continue.

If the question asks for the English word matching “hạn chót”, enter the target word, such as “deadline”, following the prompt. A synonym is not necessarily accepted when the question asks you to recall that particular word.

When you need to rewrite an answer

After an incorrect English target-word answer or Don’t know?, you may see Rewrite the answer. Enter the displayed word correctly to enable Continue. Rewriting gives you extra practice; your original result stays the same.

In Learn settings, you can adjust the number of terms and question types. Saving settings starts a new session from the first question.

If you cannot continue

If submission fails, use Resend answer and wait for the result. Without confirmed feedback, do not count that question as completed. If the app requires a new session, choose Start a new session.

No eligible questions? Check the Lesson, the starred filter, or return later. The completion result describes this session, not a guarantee that you will remember every term long term.
