Choose your language and theme
Choose a language you can read easily and a theme that feels comfortable while studying. These controls are in your account’s Preferences in the web app.
Before you start
Sign in, open the account menu, and choose Account Settings → Preferences. On a small screen, use Settings section to switch pages.
Change the language
- Find App language.
- Choose Tiếng Việt or English.
- Wait for the app to change language and confirm the save.
The selection saves automatically to your account. There is no separate save button. After switching to Vietnamese, Preferences becomes Tùy chọn, and App language becomes Ngôn ngữ giao diện.
This changes the interface text. It does not translate the terms, meanings, or examples you have saved in your lessons.
Choose a light or dark theme
Under Theme, choose Light or Dark. In Vietnamese, these are Sáng and Tối under Giao diện.
Wait for confirmation that the theme was saved. You can switch back using the same controls. The theme button in the top bar uses the same account preference.
What you should see
Interface text uses your chosen language, and background and text colors follow the selected theme. Your lessons and learning content remain in your library.
If the preference does not stay
- Still saving: wait for the current change to finish before choosing again.
- Saving failed: the app restores the previous selection. Check your connection and retry.
- The saved theme could not be applied: choose Light or Dark again as prompted.
- Account details did not load: choose Retry profile, then return to preferences.
