Ask questions and revisit conversations
Ask about what you do not understand, then return to the explanation when you need it. For example: “Give me two examples of deadline in a work email.” A specific question makes the answer easier to evaluate.
Before you start
Sign in to the web app and open your library. AI Assist must be available; sending new questions requires AI credits. History belongs to the signed-in account, so check your account if a familiar conversation is missing.
Start and continue a conversation
- Select AI Assist → AI Chat.
- Enter a question about English, up to 4,000 characters. You can ask in Vietnamese.
- Select Send or press Enter. Use Shift + Enter for a line break.
- Read the answer and ask a follow-up in the same panel, such as “Which sentence is more formal?”. You can switch to Translate or Grammar Analysis when needed.
- Select New conversation to start a different topic.
Reopen a conversation
Select the History icon, or Back to chat history when a conversation is open. Select an entry to read it; use Load more for additional entries or earlier messages.
History may show Learning Web, Chrome Extension, or Global Search as the source. This identifies where the conversation began. Looking up a word alone does not create a conversation; ask a follow-up to start discussing that result.
If history or an answer fails
- An answer has not appeared in history yet: use Copy to keep anything you need, then reopen history later.
- Reloading loses your draft: open history to find a saved conversation; unsent drafts are not restored.
- Sending fails: check AI credits and use Retry when offered.
- You want to delete a conversation: select Delete, check the selected conversation, then confirm Delete conversation. Select Cancel to keep it.
