Organize lessons with tags
A Tag groups lessons that share something. Add “Work” to both “English at work” and “Writing emails”, then filter your library to find those lessons together.
Tag a lesson
- Open My Library.
- Open the lesson’s three-dot menu and choose Manage tags.
- Select the tags you want to apply.
- Choose Save tags.
A lesson can have more than one tag. For example, use “Work” for its topic and “A2” for the level you are working toward.
Create a tag
In the same dialog, enter a name under Search or create tag. If a suitable tag does not exist, choose Create with the name you entered, then choose Save tags.
Keep names short and recognizable. A few familiar tags, such as “Work”, “Travel”, and “Conversation”, are enough to start.
Find lessons by tag
Return to the library, open the Tags filter, and select the tag you want. Choose All to clear the filter and see every lesson again.
If a lesson seems missing, check your filters before creating it again.
Remove a tag from a lesson
Open Manage tags, deselect the tag, and choose Save tags. Removing a tag does not delete the lesson or its terms.
If the dialog shows that you have reached the tag limit, deselect a tag before adding another. If the assignment has changed, choose Review latest assignment, check the latest tags, and save again.
Organize the terms inside
See move and remove terms when individual words or phrases need a different home.
