Understand plans and usage limits

Check your current plan to understand account information and limit messages while studying. Use the plan and messages shown for your own account; another person’s example does not establish your access.

Find your current plan

  1. Sign in to the web app.
  2. Open the account menu and choose Account Settings → Preferences.
  3. Read the plan name under Plan.

This section shows your account’s plan. If your profile has not loaded, choose Retry profile and check again. A loading error does not mean your plan changed.

Can I upgrade here?

The Upgrade Plan button is currently disabled and marked Coming soon. You cannot buy or change a plan through this button. The preferences page also does not provide renewal or cancellation controls.

This guide does not list fixed prices or allowances. Read the information that applies to your account when the product displays it.

What is a usage limit?

Some AI and audio-generation actions have daily usage limits. They use separate counters; reaching one limit does not automatically mean you have reached both.

Daily limits follow the UTC day, so they do not necessarily reset at midnight where you live. Changing your app language or notification timezone does not change that calculation.

When you see a limit message

  • Read which action is limited and whether the message gives a time to try again.
  • If your allowance is exhausted, wait for the next reset. Repeated clicks do not add more usage.
  • If the message says the service is unavailable, try later. That message does not prove you have exhausted your allowance.
  • If the plan information seems wrong, reload your profile and check that you are using the intended account.
